Hallway colors
this hallway entrance was bland and the beautiful woodwork just disappeared in plain white and dark gray below the chair rail. Now it is gorgeous, and clean lines rule in different shades of taupe and bright white trim. Even though the color palettes are in the neutral zone there is nothing neutral about this entrance way.
Kitchen wall
The laundry and pantry wall of doors was what you saw as you entered into the condo. It seperated the kitchen and livingroom leaving a small 3 foot opening to walk through to the right of the pantry door. By removing the wall and relocating the pantry to another corner in the kitchen, contructing a false wall to house the laundry area, you can now see straight through to the lake. The brick wall is faux brick hand painted individually to create an artistic loft flair . The antique mahogany dresser found in an antique thrift store and a silestone top to match the counter tops is a perfect mix of old and new table for four.

Master Bath Vanity redesign
Deborah found this vanity that was a fire find RETHOUGTHT, REUSED, REFRESHED she brought it back to life with a fantastic silver rub finish, glass knobs, chrome faucet, manmade marble sink top, the mirror above it is a new piece and painted with the silver rub to match. She found the sconces at a flea market and gave them new life with the silver rub and purchased the white milk shades at a local antique shop. The claw foot tub was a minnow pond in the back of a boat shop in Portsmouth. We had it sandblasted and glazed and purchased the faucet over the internet in gorgeous chrome. The corner shower completes the setting. Now this Master bath is ready for a few candles and nice long soak. Deborah added an extra surprise for the tub soaking by painting the ceiling with a sky mural that reached up into the sky light and made it feel like your lying outdoors in the sunshine.
