Older homes wood paneling and doors
This same older home had the wood paneling you see in a lot of homes. With priming and paint you can really bring it back to life and up to trend.
Commercial property for display
Idea Board and floor istallation before shot please see additional photo's of the finished room...This particular business needed an old office room to become an interest room for displaying merchandise on a revolving basis. We created this room by tearing out the old cabinets, installing vinyl flooring, painting the walls and ceiling a warm inviting color, replacing cabinets, adding roman shades in a rich wood tone, finishing off with dark chocolate fabric that mimics silk from ceiling to floor; this designer trick helps to create a taller ceiling line. One wall received a metallic striped finish to help with the illusion of a higher ceiling. All the colors chosen are in the neutral tones to ensure any piece displayed would stand out. When choosing color it is very important to remember what the room will be used for. In this instance the room will be used for displaying all styles and colors the store has to offer. We kept the color palette neutral and simple. By adding a focal wall with the shimmer of the metallic of all shades copper, pewter, and small bit of gold any metal featured would blend in and lend a hint of elegance.
Hallway colors
this hallway entrance was bland and the beautiful woodwork just disappeared in plain white and dark gray below the chair rail. Now it is gorgeous, and clean lines rule in different shades of taupe and bright white trim. Even though the color palettes are in the neutral zone there is nothing neutral about this entrance way.
Master bedroom before and after
This large master bedroom was dark and well done but for staging you need everything to look light and fresh with open views. Simply by painting a lighter color, changing the drapes to shades, using the same accessories, and replacing the bedding it looks bigger, brighter, and fresh.
Kitchen to an older home in West Virginia
This home had been lived in for over 45 years. The sign of the times gone by were very apparent and this house needed a complete makeover. By priming, painting, adding bead board, crown molding, and a engineered wood floor this kitchen really shines bright.
Hallway with harlequin diamonds
This hallway was white with lots family photos before staging. Now it has a few pieces of art work and a lovely handpainted harlequin diamond by Deborah beneath the chair rail to add interest to an otherwise boring transition from room to room.
Kitchen before and after
The kitchen was nice but needed a little up dating. By removing the wall paper and painting the walls a soft cream and the trim a darker cream makes the room feel bigger. Appliances were all replaced with stainless steel and hardware on cabinets changed. The counter tops are now Silestone with a stainless steel undermount sink and a Delta faucet complete the new kitchen. Now the kitchen is up to trend and ready for the chef
